The main item of business will be a discussion on matters relating to the improvement and preservation of the environment of Dean Village. All residents of the Dean Village Conservation Area, Association members or otherwise, are invited to attend and give their views.

The Committee also wish to make an amendment to the constitution so that future AGMs may be held in the month of May as well as April. This will give greater flexibility as to the choice of date.
